The food is very good HOWEVER, twice now we have called around 2:30 pm to place an order for takeout, to be picked up at 4:10. We emphasized that the order had to be ready as my grand-daughter has a piano lesson at 4:30. We can only pick her up after school, so getting her earlier is not an option. For the second time this month, she has missed her lesson and we still have to pay for it. We did not even get an offer of something in compensation, all we got was "We're busy!" What's the point of pre-ordering? This is NOT good customer service!
